This is my favorite way to make salmon. I got the recipe from one of my sisters, but I’m not sure if she made it up or got it from someone else. Preheat oven to 350. Put salmon in a baking pan. Salt & pepper to taste. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon and one fresh orange onto the fish. Mix together honey & mustard and baste salmon with it. Bake until salmon is beginning to flake. At the end, turn the oven to broil for a few minutes. And that’s it! I hope you enjoy this simple recipe! Does anyone else have a recipe they’d like to share? Yum, that sounds good Denise-and super easy! Fish is HARD to fit into our diets, because Marshall just about won’t eat it, and it is mighty hard to sneak into a meal. LOL But I am going to at least give it a try during the week, and will definitely try this recipe. Thanks!!
