You might think about doing a little of your own research to get some more exact information about what reacts with the Daptomycin if you are interested.  There are some very good web sites with very detailed information about these things.  I dont know how well versed your doctor is in nutritional supplements, but an all over end to supplementation might not be necessary.  Look especially into Vitamin C.  I know that is given in conjunction with other antibiotics (but I don't know anything about Dapto), and Vitamin C has some really promising looking benefits in regards to MRSA.  Just something to think about.</description>
