Just a quick thing I have noticed…my skin is doing WAY better than it has been. I am also using Dr. Weil’s Plantidote, but not as regularly as I would like. I really think the supplements are helping a lot (and probably helping a lot more than just my skin!). I finally tried some Wild Alaskan Salmon last night, and it was SO yummy! This is how I prepared it: Mixed about a teaspoon each of melted butter, honey and dijon mustard–spread it on top of the salmon. On top of that, I sprinkled about an even mixture of ground pecans and breadcrumbs, with some parsley mixed in. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Served it with a big leafy salad and some whole grain bread. Yum! And the kids loved it too. Hallelujah! Then we went to our Boy Scout pack meeting, where they had all sorts of Christmassy junk food.
