This is an older article about an interview with Dr. Weil at his Arizona ranch, I thought you might find it interesting… I hope you all are having a Happy New Year, we will get back to work on 8 Weeks next Monday, once all the hoopla has died down around here, the kids are back in school and the leftovers are all gone!! I am 52 and I want to start talking calcium and magnesium. I bought cal-mag 1000mg calcium 500mg
magesium plus I would want to take a multiply
vitamin which has calcium. I don’t want to take
to much calcium. thank you
