Welcome to Week Six. The up side is that our study is going to last a couple of weeks longer than it normally would have! I hope you all had a great holiday and were able to keep up your supplements and even slip in some salmon and broccoli to your Christmas meal (yeah, right!). So here we go: Projects: Learn about tonics and decide on one that is right for you. Take a steam bath twice this week. Diet: Eat fish, soy foods, and broccoli twice this week (yes, each!). Add some cooked greens to your diet this week. Mental/Spiritual: Extend news fast to FOUR days. Visit an inspiring art museum. Practice breathing exercises every day. Optional: Try a one day juice fast: any amount of fruit/vegetable juice plus water and herbal tea. Take one Vitamin C, but skip the other supplements on this day.
